1. Platform and Domain Requirements
ACL Analytics 19 is designed to operate exclusively with the Diligent One Platform under the updated domain diligentoneplatform.com.
Important: Connectivity and activation for version 19 are not supported through the legacy HighBond domain (highbond.com). Organizations still operating on HighBond may need to complete their platform migration before upgrading to avoid activation or connectivity issues.

2. Key Enhancements
Integration with Artificial Intelligence
ACL Analytics 19 introduces new AI-supported capabilities designed to enhance analytical workflows. These features help users perform advanced and qualitative analysis more efficiently and integrate intelligent assistance directly into their analytics processes.

3. Security and TLS Updates
As part of ongoing security improvements, TLS encryption protocols and related security configurations have been updated in this release. These updates align ACL Analytics with modern security standards and strengthen secure communication between Analytics, the Diligent platform, and related components such as Robots Agent.

4. Data Connectivity and Technology Support
Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016
ACL Analytics 19 no longer supports Microsoft Access Database Engine (ADE) 2016, following Microsoft’s end-of-support policy.
This may impact organizations that rely on importing or exporting data using legacy Excel (.xls) or Access (.mdb) formats, particularly if ADE 2016 is removed during system upgrades.

5. Compatibility with ACL Robots and Related Components
Organizations using ACL Robots Agent or other Analytics components should ensure that Robots and Analytics versions are aligned with version 19. This alignment is critical to maintain compatibility, especially in on-premise environments where encryption and communication protocols must match.

6. Support Lifecycle Considerations
Diligent has determined that only versions 19.x and 18.x of Analytics are formally supported. Previous versions such as 17.x and earlier have reached, or will soon reach, the end of official technical support.
This reinforces the recommendation to plan for migration and upgrade to version 19 in order to have official support, security updates, and compatibility with modern components.
